This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, laundry, and a heated swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff kindly guided me to local attractions, which I appreciated. A tip, check the jacuzzi for relaxation. I’m coming back for Christmas.

A five-night stay revealed both comforts and disappointments. The room was inviting, featuring a cool climate that helped ensure sleep quality. However, it was marred by issues like a lack of room service, despite multiple requests, and noticeable signs of wear and tear, such as rust in the bathtub and water stains on walls. The positive highlight was the cheerful front desk staff, particularly their accommodating approach, which made the experience more bearable during a challenging stay.

The stay was fantastic! Our one-bedroom suite was super spacious, which was perfect for our family with teen children. It was close to great shopping and restaurants, making it easy to grab food and supplies. The location in Anaheim Hills made it nice and quiet too.
My kids wished there were more breakfast options. the current menu got old after a few days.

pleasant stay but breakfast could improve
The service from Elizabeth at the front desk was exceptional. She handled our check-in efficiently and with a welcoming smile. Mr Alfi's management style truly stood out, making our five-night stay feel personalized. The King Studio we stayed in was spacious and had the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience.
Breakfast options were decent, but a little more variety would enhance the experience.

Had an awesome stay with friends! Super close to great restaurants and a movie theater. The kitchen made it easy to prep snacks for our trip to Disneyland. Breakfast was solid, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Just a heads up, the pool area was being cleaned during a busy afternoon, confusing some guests, which was a bummer.

The breakfast spread was pure gold, especially the make-your-own pancake machine! Plus, I found rom-com vibes at the nearby Romano's Macaroni Grill and Kimmie's Coffee Cup for killer brews. Don’t sleep on the free basketball court either. it's a slam dunk of fun!
While the TV vibe was a bit off — hard to see even with my glasses, I mostly streamed from my laptop. No biggie, though. everything else sparkled!

missingWrote a review on Mar 04spacious suitefriendly staffkitchen amenitiespoor tv qualitylimited breakfast optionsnoise issues
I really enjoyed my time at this Residence Inn. The one-bedroom suite felt spacious, perfect for my family. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, making it convenient during our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The outdoor amenities, like the basketball court, were a fun addition. The breakfast had good options like a make-your-own pancake station, which was a hit with the kids. On the downside, the TV quality wasn't great. I struggled to see it even with my glasses. The breakfast selections could be better too, as it felt repetitive after a few days. Also, some noise from nearby parties was a little bothersome at night, especially with kids trying to sleep. In general, it was a good stay but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
